There's just an example from my own expirience: i liked one guy, and he seemed to be interested too, but nothing more than that. We've known each other for about a month, and hardly ever talked ("hi", "how are u" and so on). And one day he just comes and says: "So, are we going to date or not?!" I was kinda shoked and it scared me off, so i refused. So I think u'd better get her to know u better first; don't forget to show that u're interested, but don't annoy her with that. And just wait for the right moment to ask her out!
