TSL Starts up windowed, any ideas?

I recently managed to reinstall TSL, but for some reason, whenever it starts up, it's windowed. The game runs fine and all, but it does annoy me to have to fix it each time I play the game. I have the high quality movies patch installed. What should I do?

Open the swkotor2.ini file in your game folder and look under both [Display Options] and [Graphics Options]. Make sure that FullScreen=1 in both places. Other than that I don't know.
