They took that out (I think that it was because they thought a romance with an alien would get the game banned, but thats just me). To make bastilla fall in love with you, its not all that hard. Just keep at it, do her side quests, and when she says something like "Your allways there aren't you? Even when I keep pushing you away" then your in. just go to the ship, and talk to here.
