Playing the game after Star Forge

I have a request. Though it may be a pipe dream I don't know about

 

I am wondering. Is it possible (at all) to play the game after you kill Malak at the end?

What I would want to do is go back onto the Ebon Hawk and be able to return to Tatooine, Korriban, Manaan, and Kashyyyk. So that you could finish subquests on those planets you forget about

Yeah but that happens with every game. I of course am annoyed when I forget about some random subquest in the game that I wanted to do.

 

As well. What about mods? What if you want to test out a mod but don't want to start a new game?

By replacing the ending cutscene scripts, I assume. Of course, you'd have to add Bastila to you party (if LS) and give yourself the ability to go back to planets. I believe a modder of ye olden days made such a mod, I'll go searching.
