Walking?

Alright, I don't know if this has already been addressed, but I've been searching the forums and haven't found anything so far.

The walking in the PC version (don't know about the X-box version) is well... dumb. When walking, my character and fellow party members walk stupidly fast, like their in a hurry. Which is really annoying to someone (me) that wants to take time and enjoy the game and not run everywhere.

So to get to my point, is there something in the .ini file or a mod I can download to make my character walk like the NPC's?

Did you use cheats? Cause it sounds like you have turbo mode on and your pressing the "B" key to make them walk causing the character to literally speed walk.

If you haven't already done so enable cheats in the game and while in game use this cheat "~ Turbo." If thats the problem that should stop the character from going to fast. If it's not... then ya got me... I have no idea how that would happen. The only other suggestion I would make is to make a backup of your saves folder, providing you have saves in it, and just reinstalling the game from scratch... or maybe even just clearing the override folder to see if any modifications that you have installed are effecting it.

Hope this helps. Good luck. ^.^

It's not a cheat because my first character walked like that, and I didn't have any mods (didn't know how to install them) or any cheats (didn't know how to enable them)

It's not like the character is walking at 10 miles an hour or something. But they do walk a bit faster then the NPC's and that bothers me. I was hoping there was a solution but it doesn't seem there is. <_>

Try here http://www.cjt0202.net/mjpb3mods.php

Under TSLMods Exile Slow Down, should be what you are looking for :)

If not you can always modify one of the 2da files but I can't remember which off the top of my head

Edit: Actually that is probably what you are looking for if its for TSL, if its for K1 then you could probably open the same named file for K1 and alter the same coloumns as in the TSL file version
