You'd edit the utc file for the character you wish to make non-hostile. Depending on what sith soldier you want to change you'd need to locate the utc file for him. If you'd like to change most (but not all) sith soldiers you'd edit the file in ktool under (k1 or k2)-BIFs--templates--Blueprint, Character--g_sithtroop01-07 and/or n_sithsoldier plus under the "rims" there are a few area specific ones under RIMs-Modules-__ ___ _s-blueprint, character. When you open up the utc you go into the advanced tab and change the faction tab to whatever you want (non hostile would be friendly 01 and 01 and neutral)

For some reason it doesnt work on the Leviathan in KOTOR II. all the sithies shoot at me anyway lol o well.

You need to extract the utc's from the module S files for the leviathan (m40aa_s-m40ad_s)
