Malak on Levitation glitch

I have a glitch in my game and it's preventing me from playing though it a second time. If ya'll would give me some troubleshooting tips, I would greatly appreciate it.

 

I'm on the Levitation and about to fight Malak. When I trigger the scene, the door opens and Malak is supposed to walk though and force lock the door behind him. Instead, Malak shuffles his feet and doesn't walk though. The door then locks. I then run though the dialogue tree with Malak and the fight start. Except I can't get to him, and oddly, Bastila and Carth become attackable. Thus, I'm stuck.

 

Ive rebooted the computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Kotor, disabled my mods, and deleted all my saved games after saving them into new slots. I've also tried triggering the scene with different characters and even stripping my characters of their items first. Nothing Works.

 

I hope to hear from ya'll in the future.

It'll be a pain, but try going back to an earlier save, preferably one from just before you get captured by the Leviathan.

 

BTW: are you using any mods?

The earliest I have is still on the Leviathan and it doesn't fix the problem. I guess I have to replay from the beginning?

 

Also, although they're disabled now, here's the mods I was running:

Exar Kun's Temple

Hide the Weapons

Deadeye Duncan on Manaan

Bastila Romance Fix

and some skin mods.

If you reinstalled your game, and didn't install any mod after it, there is something with your save.
