Funny, I was about to do something like this for my Atris clothing WIP. Except the brown was darker, and the brown is where the white is (and the white where the brown is.)

 

Not a bad reskin. My only idea for improvement would be to make the parts that are tan-ish more brown.

Two-tone colors work for me, they give it that extra effect in makeing the clothes seem just a little more real.
