vanir
I'm having no luck in a hunt or by trial and error. How do I tell which textures go with which uti's for the Jedi robes. I know they're PF/MBI## but the problem is knowing which uti say, PMBI15 belongs to. Is it listed somewhere? I want to custom select skins for specific jedi robe uti's and T7's codebreaker tutorial didn't help much (being it's for armour codes in Kotor). a_robe_01.uti for example is for commoner clothing by description, so it doesn't relate to PMBI01 which is a Padawan robe I'm assuming. So how do I know what PMBI01-18 actually relate to in terms of uti's, since I have custom textures for all those and want to mod uti's to appropriately suit each texture's individual appearance? I hate starting a thread over something so trivial, but these simple little things are driving me nuts here and I can't seem to find any tutorial answers for the specific obstacles I keep tripping over. As an aside, can a mod possibly attach the answer to T7's thread in the tutorials section for future reference (since his only really covers K1 armour codes). Assuming somebody answers. Cheers. jonathan7
The Force Fashion II readme should help Here are the Robe Codes; Texture number, Description, .uti Code, Name in game... PMBI01 = Original K1 Robe - a_robe_02 - Padawan Robe PMBI02 = Jolee Robe - a_robe_27 - Jolees Robe PMBI03 = Original Black k1 Robe - a_robe_03 - Dark Padawan Robe PMBI04 = Obi-Wan TPM - a_robe_08 - Jedi Robe PMBI06 = Anakin RotS - a_robe_09 - Dark Jedi Robe PMBI07 = Obi Wan AotC - a_robe_04 - Baran Do Novice Robe PMBI08 = K1 inspired by 90SK - a_robe_21 - Ossuss Keeper Robe PMBI09 = Mace TPM - a_robe_10 - Norris Rove PMBI010 = Obi-Wan ANH - a_robe_19 - Baran Do Sage Robe I'm afraid I don't know of anything which lists the guide for the Masters Robes, though I'd check either Achilles (who's far more organised than me) or 90SK's readme's for any guides they do. But to be honest it's really not to hard to figure out, I record which .uti was which colour, and then wrote down which texture number was which while browsing through them in KotOR tool. vanir
I'm trying to get my TSL Master robes to show up using Padawan robes skins. That is, instead of using that ugly TSL codpiece robe, I've got some nice custom skins in the PFBI/PMBI format that I'd all the the Master-codpiece robe uti's to use. So instead of using PFBN12 the Matuki Adept uti for example now uses PMBI## and PFBI## I tried opening the uti's in the kgff utility and editing the baseitems to 35 (ie. Jedi Robe template) and texture variation to the PMBI/PFBI value I've assigned to the custom texture, but it doesn't show up in game. It still uses the old codpiece robe. Yuk. Any advice out there? Surely this is an age old TSL preference many have dealt with before.

Surely this is an age old TSL preference many have dealt with before. Download Force Fashion II and have a look through what I did; seriously, all your questions are answered in it Basically because I've done what your wanting to do. The way I made the Master Robes into the Padawan Model (for say Nomi's robe). Was to to go into KotOR tool, take one of the uti's for the standard Padawan (say Jolee's robe) and then save that with the same name as Nomi's robe. In your case you would save this as whatever the .uti for the Matukati Apprentice Robe is. N.B. be sure to change the texture number in the .uti to your new texture. I will quote the FFII readme again, as most of robes with texture numbers 51-60 were originally "Master" model robes.
