Mouncer
Hello, my name is Ben, and to be honest I can't believe what a large fanbase GF still has to this day! It was one of the first games I ever played, and still remains one of my favourite games! Anyway, just wanted to say hi
MeddlingMonk
Hi yourself. GF was one of your first computer games? My first were things like Akallabeth, Castle Wolfenstein (the original, not id's 3D remake) and Scott Adams (not the Dilbert one) adventures. Mouncer
Hi yourself. GF was one of your first computer games? My first were things like Akallabeth, Castle Wolfenstein (the original, not id's 3D remake) and Scott Adams (not the Dilbert one) adventures. I was born in early 1996, my first games couldn't have been NES ones like Digger (although Digger is awesome).
urluckyday
Hello! Welcome to LF. Although I wish my first had been GF, I actually played Rebel Assault 2 on PC first. I'd say GF was later in my life after about 100 games... You always remember your first! haha
Grim_comician
Welcome aboard, young man! As for me, Big Red Racing and Warcraft II were the first PC games I've played. But I believe that Grim Fandango was the first adventure game on PC (though Maniac Mansion for NES was my absolute first adventure game).
Frenkieee
Oh Big Red Racing, the memories I have from that game. I still use certain sounds from it as my ringtone for text messages
the late D. Hurley
Lets see, I guess I started off with scorched earth and serious sam. At the age of 6 I was given the game grim fandango, and I never managed to get farther than Rubacava. took me 9 years to find that game once again, play it, shed a tear when I was done, and import the entire soundtrack to mobile and Ipod.....damn its a great game
