Kotor 2 Dialog Files with Minor NPC's

When trying to make a mod I noticed that there is no place in the kotor tool where I can find dialog of NPC's besides your party members. In Kotor 1 they were in the Module where the character was found. But this is not the case in Kotor 2. I was hoping someone could tell me where they are if they are even in the kotor tool.

For Kotor2...go to ERFS, then Modules. There you will find all the dlg.erf files for each module. Under each module there is an additional subtree for individual dialogs
