Well, i think textures make it look better, but shadows and orientation of lights does the same. Well, i challenge you, actually begging but, challenge sounds better :p . I challenge you to, make more stunning lightmaps. And, if it is possible, decide which ones are better and give all the glory for the chosen one!!!

Mmmm, and, is there any way to extract any module from the game? If so you could just extract it and just do the same...

You could redo all of the lightmaps for every area model in the game - but that would introduce several other problems.

 

No more camera collision (for the area model walls), and for whatever reason, it seems to only want to show one area model at a time.

 

Not to mention it's hard enough as it is to get KAurora working on any platform at all.

I don't know how to elaborate on that any more. Recompiled area models (at least the ones with Lightmaps) for whatever reason only render one model at a time. This being that multiple models comprise a single module.

Have you tried playing with the .vis file? If you tell it that every room can be seen from every other one, it should render them all (at least this works with new modules). But I could see the recompiled ones getting screwed up as usual... :rolleyes:
