It's already pretty hefty at 300K - seems a bit much charging more for it when there is little tangible benefit over tier 2. They really need to up the speed or something if they plan to do that.

There are at least 3 or 4 different models though that I recall seeing being driven around the fleet (presumably only for the purpose of being completely obnoxious).

Oh and Lynk it *sounds* like they're going to be dropping the costs of them in 1.1.5 and then getting rid of them in 2.0. At least that is how I interpreted that in-character "news" post crap about how current vendor's are urged to get rid of their remaining stock, eff if I know.
