Remi
For those digging into the game, particularly before its general release, this is the place to talk about it.
Staple Remover
I’ve only played about an hour so far. As an Indy fan I can’t stop geeking out over the game. The tutorial had the perfect location to kick off the game. Spoiler Peru was nearly identical to the movie (Indy grabbed his hat instead of the whip when the door was closing next to the chasm). It’s also incredible to see the temple in 3D, it’s the best it’s looked since Return to Peru in the Infernal Machine… which I realize isn’t saying much. I love the Easter eggs, particularly at Marshall College Spoiler you can find the map of the temple of the forbidden eye, they used an identical one found in the Disneyland queue in Indy’s makeshift office. That attention to detail is a true love letter to the franchise. I'm not ready to say it’s better than Fate of Atlantis, but it’s getting pretty close.
Threepwood4life
Played since yesterday already got to Geza and theres so much content and the locations are huge. It defintley captures the Indiana Jones spirit and props to Troy Baker for a great performance as the man in the hat. Im taking it all in and doing a lot of the side quests to make it last longer and the puzzles have been decent not too complicated but still fun although i think the fighting mechanics need a bit of work hopefully it gets patched
Threepwood4life
Found a easter egg linked to many past LucasArts games especially the Indy adventures Spoiler Theres a merchant in Geza that is selling some fine leather jackets 😉 Edited December 7 by Threepwood4life
Threepwood4life
Spoiler Couple of references during the Shanghai level; During the bi-plane sequence if Indy shoots the wing at the back he kinda has a similar discussion like he does when Henry shoots the wing in Last Crusade and even says to Gina "They got us!!!" Later in the level, you fly passed a burning Club Obi-Wan and Indy says "Lao Che wont be happy"
Threepwood4life
Just finished it, absolutley enjoyed its up there with Fate of Atlantis with been one of the best Indiana Jones games Spoiler Noticed in the credits it actually was Karen Allen voicing Marion during the end of the Raiders sequence. 1
Vodia
THAT BELONGS IN A MUSEUM!!! Desire to play +++ Nostalgia +++ Picture quality during gameplay +- (so-so) A lot of cutscenes and their quality +++ Italian + You can beat fascists (Wulfintstein) + :) only italian blackshirts for now. (i am at the start) I slapped one of them in the face near the railing - he cinematically fell over it and rolled down the stairs. 6 hours in and uncovering the mysteries with all the Indy feels and better than new movies. The game maybe a bit slow paced for modern generation kids but i do not regret getting a collector edition :)

A serious question: what is the best way to play this game without breaking the bank? The last time I bought a PC with a then-top-of-the-line graphics card was in 2004 and honestly I haven’t followed the evolution since, as any average 3D card and integrated GPU run all the old games I play just fine. I don’t expect my most recent laptop (i.e. over 10 year old - which is fine for other gaming archeology like The Infernal Machine, Lego Indiana Jones, and the Emperor’s Tomb) to run the Great Circle. It may even have not enough diskspace to simply install it. I looked at Gamepass and Nvidia streaming, but it made me feel older than Indy in the last movie. (Not to mention the absolute hate those services seem to get) 13 minutes ago, Staple Remover said: Here’s my overall Indy game ranking You forgot The Last Crusade (the graphic adventure) ! Spoiler A game that runs fine on my laptop 😅 Edited December 10 by SushiStrikesBack
Staple Remover
It’s a very long game, I just had a very free and open weekend to play it with the early release. I’m also ashamed that I forgot Last Crusade in my ranking but remembered the Zynga game…

Jayel
I liked it, but I feel like I played it wrong by playing it as a stealth game. Its stealth mechanics are... like salad at a steakhouse to put it kindly.
