It would be VERY hard to dumb 6 oils tankers full of poison into the american water supply, which is mostly from canada anyways. And yes, you would need that much to make a impact. And another thing about the anthrax, the only was you can get it, is if you touch the damn stuff. Calm down people. you've got a better chance at winning the lottery that getting this stuff.
