A Good Idea

All of the rubble from New York City ... all the huge blocks of concrete and steel, the old busted up computers, refrigerators, hot water heaters, air conditioners, fire trucks, broken glass, etc., should be shoveled into C130's and C5A's, flown over Iraq and Afghanistan and dropped from 32,000 feet.

Frigidaire can do a heck of a lot of damage from 5 miles up. With each assault, we can drop pamphlets: "Greetings, from the 110th floor of the World Trade Center!"

The next day it would read, "...from the 109th floor..." Then the 108th, etc., etc.

After 110 days of this, I can't imagine there would be much left standing on the ground. Can't you just see the headlines: "WORLD TRADE CENTER STRIKES BACK!"

What wonderful irony this would be, and think how much money we wouldn't have to spend on new bombs or missiles! Not to mention the 100-million tons diverted from the New York City landfill.

Kinda like the Oklohoma city bombing? If I remember correctly didn't people say BinLaden planned that? Then it turned out to be the McVeigh guy or whatever his name was?

The video that was released this week- prooves BinLaden planned it anyway, I guess the thing is, do we believe it's actually him or the US government set it up? :p I actually have no idea, I mean the quality is pretty dodgy- but I doubt the US government would do something like that... anyway, Bush or whoever it was who said BinLaden is a coward coz he gets others to do his dirty work and crap, they're right, he is a coward

I don't see Bush on the front lines in Afghanistan. By your reasoning, ALL leaders are cowards because they administer orders from well-protected (and often cushy) rooms. Maybe you're right. :(

I long for the days when kings would lead their troops into battle, rather than pull strings from the strongholds far, far away from the battles. Who was the last BRAVE king/emperor ? ...Napoleon?

There's been a documentary on Aussie TV for the last couple of weeks on the history of Britian (I think the BBC made it) anyway it's been talking about different key historical times in the history of Britian, anyway, one episode it was talking about one of their Kings, I forget who it was, and basically how he lead all the fighting blah blah blah, he was in there killing people and stuff. I can't remember if he got killed or not, but I guess it's a sign of how times have changed. Besides, last weeks episode was talking about the corruption between Queen Mary and her cousin Elizabeth (or is it the other way around? I can't remember the names, English people can probably clarify the names if they recognize the story :p) but yeah, assacination attempts to de-throne the Queen and replace her with her cousin? Witchcraft? Betrayal? Hell that sounds like fun :p (BTW- the queeen in question died a virgin, and then the cousins son became the next king coz he was the only offspring or some crap like that)
