Commander 598 Posted December 19, 2001 Share Posted December 19, 2001 After seeing squirrels run out in front of moving vehicles causing most people to veer away from them and run into things I have decided they are a Soviet conspiracy. As well as seeing a deer run out in front of a US Military Vehicle and stop dead in its tracks as the truck ran off the road and into a creek. I quickly decided they are also a Soviet Conspiracy. I believe it starts Sept. or Oct. 6 2.The federal government picks out WHAT can be hunted. Its the state govenment that decides the limits and starting/ending times. Everyone laughed at Seward(The man who decided to buy Alaska) but later they realized that it was a bargain because of all of the gold and oil in Alaska.
