Plus, if they are part of the US, they are subject to our lawas, such as teh min wage and that, we dont need a large labor force as everyhitng is streamlined in our production process. If they are disgruntled anti-Americans we would just make sure that they aren't all in the same place so they couldn't really rebel. As for the Rebels already down there.
