Now to the rest of the page. You might want to change <title>New1</title> into something more fancy. New1 doesn't seem like an appropiate name for a page. You seem to like to have a bg image for your layout and the text put over that. That is a wrong way to write html. html needs to be resizable so that it looks good on al resolutions from 800 x 600 and up.
