I did this and you should too, go to google.com and set it to images and them type in the person or thing you want as an avatar and you should find a jpeg as small as 70x70 it works. I'm planning on throwing some kind of animation in there over the weekend if I'm not too bogged down with revision. Maybe something a little like this thing I made for use on another board: I found a way of getting past the block they had on posting images. This forum is bogged down enough without clueless people using 800k animated .GIFs for their avatars. They can leave signatures disabled permanently as well for all I care - I don't want to see those humongous banners all over the place again. Specifically the splash screen that you see when you're viewing your Force Powers....guess it's the purple tint and the rock that gives it that effect.
