rr12
I just found out Mark Hamill "Luke Skywalker" is in Soldier of Fortune 2! Is it just me or does anyone else find that funny.
acdcfanbill
yea, we discussed this a while ago, it is sort of odd, i mean, he was doin one thing for raven, why not just slip over to the JKii side and do some voices while he was doin sof2... whoknows.. spacelord
well maybe he doesn't want to be luke anymore.....after all after that trilogy he didn't exactly get any more roles in films and such
txa1265
I think it has been stated more than a few times that he wants 'out' of Luke, as he was unable to transcend the character's trappings - perhaps his performance in Malibu Summer didn't inspire people like 'Indy' ... However, listening to him as 'The Joker' and other roles (my brain is losing them right now) is quite cool - he does quite a good job. I'm sure he'll bring a lot to SoF2 ... aw, who am I kidding, like any of us will *CARE* much about the voices ?!?! I'm just looking forward to piercing ears with the sniper rifle
Kanubis
First off, is Hamill wants out of Luke, why did he do that Simpsons episode (I'm glad he did though)? Secondly, I like FPS's, but Sof1 was just too red-neck for me. I mean, I really like the USA, but that game painted a horrific stereotype of Americans. And the way you got penalised for killing a US citizen with accidental fire, but cold-blood execution of Middle-East citizens was fine? I don't want to start a big controversy, but I just found it unsettling. And look at John Mullins: do you really want the world to think that a moustache of that nature is acceptable in America? Woad
Yeah didn't Hammil also do the 'Luke' voiceover for that tv ad of "Vector Prime"?
Kev'i Haric
Did anyone see "Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back"? He plays a villan called CockKnocker - a Vader wanna-be w/ a REALLY big fist for punching you in the jimmy.
