mostly chill-out music like massive attack or some other bands that haven't made enough good music to stay in my mind. this includes, to a certain degree, also blues and classic music since massive attack is more trip-hop (i think trip-hop was the name)

 

but now and then i also listen to oldies (i'm a nostalgic you know)

about 90% of all indie rock <- thats my most favourite type of music ever!

then theres progressive rock, like radiohead <- thats my most favourite band ever!

i also like chill-out, trip hop stuff like massive attack and portishead, electronic sounds type of music (sorry for the awful name) like Air, daft punk. and i also like jimi hendrix <- he rocks!

I don't really know how to classify them, but my favorite groups are VAST and Linkin Park... they're both really good to listen to while you're in a funk... My parents also got me to like some folk music, John Gorka and Mustard's Retreat. Also, I like some new age-y stuff with that Celtic feel, Enya and Loreena McKennitt.

I used to be in an SW fan club with Scully, the lead singer from Godsmack, back when they were just a lowly bar band in the Boston area.

I'm mainly a fan of lesser known bands. Most of the ones I list you probably never heard of.

 

Project 86, Stavesacre, Evanesence and Spoken are all really good.

 

I also like Linkin Park, Hoobastank has some good songs also.

 

I don't prefer a style, just whatever sounds good. :-)
