Datheus
Let's start off by saying: I'm about ready to put my fist through the screen Friend of mine plays like a total jackass and just throws it blue and swings away I pull him, he doesn't fall down, he only comes closer and hits me about 2 times I backpedel, he some how gains on me and he swings away and maybe once out of 5 swings does my saber actually block. And this is WITHOUT Ghoul2 on I throw my saber, he blocks it, and hits me up for about 3 hits I gun him, 50/50 he wins My major bitch is the friggin fact that he lands hit after hit just swing randomly even when all I'm doing is back pedeling. I've tried just about everthing I can think of, and ya know, I'm not that bad of a player. You'd think I could manage to kill him ever time, cause he's not putting out any strategy...but no, he some how still manages to dice me ALOT more than he should WHAT am I supposed to do? NerfYoda
Throw more points into push/pull. Turn Ghoul2 on. Try hitting him with a few well placed heavy stance hits.
Ben_Walker
Even though I can't play the game, I'll give you some of my wisdom as a swordsman. First off, don't lose your cool if he turns into an assfighter. Keep on the offensive in a lightsaber duel and wait for him to let his guard down, then when his guard is down, attack him. Use your Force powers wisely. As for the guns, if you don't concentrate on your aim, you'll have **** shots and your friend will get you good. D@rth M@ul
Its always the lesser intelligent ones who seem to own in video games. Seriously, people that just aimlessly press buttons in fighters somehow do a fatality or uber combo that puts you through a wall and makes your pants fall down or something of that matter. proven fact.........yep....... deliboy007
what i usually do when people are gay like that is hit them with some saber throw. that usually takes the wind out of their sails. i agree with the red stance also. just once in a while they may parry your saber. it is more satisfying in my opinion to pelt them with saber throws. one more thing, once they start fighting gay like that it is ok to be a lightning whore and zap them to death. make sure with the red stance to do a horizontal swipe, preferrably from left to right. you get the longest swing on the largest plane. highest probability of a hit. good luck
Sutek
Saber throw when he's spinning. Sidestep when he spins into attack, or stand perfectly still using red stance (it'll block EVERYTHING if you have started or ended a swing). Kick him. Use the side slashes in red or yellow (red for the damage if he's just coming in, yellow for speed). Jump away after landing a blow (or if you think you'll miss). Jump anyway. Or, there's the old, "you worthless dog" tactic. Switch to red, wait for him to come spinning in like a top, turn round and heavy backswing his ass. Remember, blue saber rarely knocks your saber away on either yellow or red, so face him at ready stance with either, courch if he goes for a low blow, then bring it to him as he pulls away to see what happened. I forgot to mention that if all you do is parry, he's likely to kill himself by millimetres just from glancing contact with your parrying saber when he attacks :>

Bluezman
Actually, there is hardly any tactic that is easier to be countered that your friend's blue stance swinging. Here's my favorite counters to this (being somewhat redundant to what you other guys said, all correct! ): To get away from the swings: - roll to the side or backwards (also quicker than backpedaling plus dodges the swings) - backflip (back + jump) gets you away quicker than just backpedaling) To hit him: - swing your saber at him while he's spinning. He can only block your thrown saber when facing you and standing still. Otherwise it inflicts damage of 30 hp. - dodge his swings and use red stance sweeps (left + attack). This move can hardly be parried with blue stance and has a much bigger range than his blue stance swings. With appropriate footwork you can hit him without being hit yourself. Also works with yellow stance. - try using other red stance moves, especially "Death from above" (start swing in red stance, mid swing press forward and jump) and Backsweep (back + attack when he is standing close behind you), both are mostly one-hit-kills. - kick him in the face! Spam kick him to death if you must, this will teach him to change his tactic. You can even turn your saber off and keep kicking him to death, great way to humiliate him - wait for him to close in and press jump and attack simultaneously in yellow stance. this does the yellow special move, some kind of somersault. In mid air, move your mouse so that your saber points at the opponent all the time. If force is allowed: - Push him or pull him. If he is on the move or swinging his saber, it'll knock him down if he's close enough (must have level three though) - Use protect, to decrease the damage of his hits so you live long enough to kill him with a nice backsweep or something - use speed to get away from him. Red stance sweeps are faster and easier to hit with then (once you have mastered the footwork at the increased speed) Now go and kick some ass! Jedi wannabe
I don't believe you can block when you are backpeddeling
Dark Begger
you can block when you are back pedalling. Only problems I can see is that either you're swinging during backpedal, or you're using light style, or you don't have saber defend maxed out.
