Treacherous Mercenary Posted July 18, 2002 Author Posted July 18, 2002 If I'm not mistaken, the AH-64 is the Apache which is good for tanks and such.
Heavyarms Posted July 18, 2002 Posted July 18, 2002 Finally, someone figured it out! The apache is a attack helicopter, easily able to hide and blast with special anti tank TOW missiles it is equipped with.
Treacherous Mercenary Posted July 18, 2002 Author Posted July 18, 2002 Well then... Tell the Four weapons of destruction introduced in WWI.
Rogue Nine Posted July 18, 2002 Posted July 18, 2002 I think two of them are the aircraft and the tank...
Treacherous Mercenary Posted July 18, 2002 Author Posted July 18, 2002 Those would be correct so far.
Heavyarms Posted July 19, 2002 Posted July 19, 2002 there are really like 6: Planes, tanks, gas, artillery, trenches, and machine guns
Tie Guy Posted July 19, 2002 Posted July 19, 2002 trenches aren't weapons though... And they had automatic guns in the Civil War.
Treacherous Mercenary Posted July 19, 2002 Author Posted July 19, 2002 Heavyarms pretty much got it except artillary and trenches. Automatic guns were in the civil war, but not machine guns. Tie Guy and Rogue Nine also got the first three, so I'll have to decide who gets to ask and such. PM me for ideas if you have any.
Rogue Nine Posted July 21, 2002 Posted July 21, 2002 What is the U.S. Navy term for the special ship that provides the fleet with ice cream? BONUS: What is so special about this ship, pertaining to its construction?
Rogue Nine Posted July 23, 2002 Posted July 23, 2002 *bumpity bump* Does anyone know it? Just say uncle and I'll tell you the answer and move on to another question.
Artoo Posted July 23, 2002 Posted July 23, 2002 I really want to know this. I've been hoping someone would get it. UNCLE! UNCLE!
Rogue Nine Posted July 24, 2002 Posted July 24, 2002 Well, Navy sailors termed the ice cream boat the "gedunk" ship. Big ships like aircraft carriers had their own "gedunk" bars, but to provide the rest of the fleet with this much-coveted commodity, the Navy converted a number of concrete transports built earlier in the war (when there was a steel shortage) into ice cream ships. Next question: What famous warship is credited with sinking the British battle cruiser HMS Hood?
Rogue Nine Posted July 24, 2002 Posted July 24, 2002 That was too easy. Next question: What are the official Navy designations for the nuclear ballistic-missile submarine, the frigate, and the attack submarine. BONUS: What was the third nuclear submarine built called and what was unique about it?
Treacherous Mercenary Posted July 24, 2002 Author Posted July 24, 2002 Just like to say that if Havoc is right, it will be his turn or if not, someone else will answer and if it fails, you will continue until someone has it right and it will be there turn .
