Of course, Dash will have custom sounds and come with his trademark blaster. Right now I only have the Dash Rendar mesh done. Delmar Posted July 12, 2002 Posted July 12, 2002 looking great, man. that looks fantastic. are you going to make the blaster a separate pk3 for those of us who want to keep the standard weapons? because as far as i know you can't replace a weapon model just for one character, it would have to be for all...(?)

TrevHimself Posted July 12, 2002 Posted July 12, 2002 this model looks amazing! its actually way better than i thought it would be. the only complaint i have is that you should make the upper part of the glove a little bit tighter to the skin. im not saying to make it skin-tight, but make it not stick out quite that much. keep up the good work.

Thanks for your comments, it should be skinned and finished by early August (because the Spawn model is taking up a lot fo time also) so thanks for bearing with me. inbredyokel Posted July 13, 2002 Posted July 13, 2002 Might just be me, but I was under the impression from the SOTE comic book that Dash Rendar's hair was a bit longer than that. It depends entirely on what you used as a reference though. Otherwise, I'd say its looking very nice(gloves do seem a little loose though). We need more shadows of the empire models/skins!

agentj64 Posted July 14, 2002 Posted July 14, 2002 The model itslef is good, but the structure scares me.. most notably his arms I udnerstand the constrains of Raven's bones but at the very least his hand seems dwarfed compared to the musclar arm he has that and theres no mention of a wrister or radius and the arm itself seems to be cyldinrical no real muscle definition but dont get me wrong its a good model im just offering some criq the legs seem a bit wierd too but thats becuase its clothing so:d http://modelling.iwarp.com/cgi-bin/i/rendar3.jpg notice how under the pelvis it bends in? it bends in too much methinks but all good:D that sense of strength and heaviness common to rendar is there:d
