Lightning double damage at lvl 3 ?

I agree....lightening does seem to kill much quicker now.

i think there's been a modification to the amount of damage lightning deals to shields. i think lightning did reduced damage to shields last patch, but that's been taken out this patch? not sure, but i've noticed health drops at around the same rate, while shields drop faster than they used to. anyone care to enlighten me on this?

Well, shields are electronic, so it is only right that it gets wiped out faster now via lightning.

If the lightning really is increased, my question is why didnt they mention it when they released the patch??

And i never really noticed the damage sounds being wrong in 1.3,but now 1 hp damage sounds liek the guys leg has been cut off...
