You can get REM counts to see how regular your sleeping pattern is. Doctors say 6 to 8 hours is sufficient. I usually get 7, 5 if it's finals week or OT at work. :)

sleep is a waste of time. the average person sleeps over 1/3 of their life (or some stat like that) i used to sleep when i was in high school but since i grad. last year ive got hardly any sleep. college is time consuming especailly if you procatinate like i so often do

I used to sleep 7 to 9 hours in high school. Now that I'm part of the working class and a student, it's more like 6. Heck I was TRYING to sleep 2 hours ago but the blasted INSOMNIA just kicked in again. Let's see it's 5am, what's good on tv.... hmmmm..... Oh look infomercials!
