I love the changes made to the padawans; makes them a heck of a lot more efficient, which is helpful for jedi-weak civs like the gungans. The lessened cost of certain upgrades (especially the kaminoan cloners, which was rather expensive considering it only affects laser troops) is also nice.

The Republic is ALREADY too powerful and now their making the cloning process faster to research?

What they should be doing is downgrading them not upgrading them!

My suggestion on that- Take away their repeater troops. Repeater troops are good in small numbers, but when you are able to mass 100 repeaters in a matter of a few minutes, thow them at the enemy and make another wave with a minute or so...it's just too powerful. Take away the repeaters and you level the playing field a tiny bit...

This sounds stupid..basically anything that was good at something before no longer is! I thought the strike mech was meant for taking out troopers. That was its job just like the mech destroyer was meant to take out strike and assault mechs.

*shrug* I like the fact that they put more emphasis on the clone troopers. If the lessen cost and speed is too imbalancing, they could increase the cost/research time of similar techs (like the Fortress tech that lowers the build time of all units by 1/3). This would shift more focus on the troopers specifically...
