It's like the ALL the Rocky films, he alway take a little beating before laying the smack down. And I think Yoda could of taken him too. If he hadn't of stop to help obi & Anakin. Err and it was of course obvious that any duel that follows Dooku will be able to escape from because he was carrying the plans for the death star...
