Uh, I'm well aware that this isn't an LEC game, but I was hoping someone could help anyway :). I need help figuring out if you can play as the Neversoft eyeball dude from the startup screen, and if so, how? I've read that he's accessible in the Xbox version, and that you have to win a certain number of times. The thing is, I'm fairly sure I've beaten the game enough times to earn it, but for some reason I stopped getting bonus prizes after a certain point. I don't even have all the cheats unlocked yet!

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I haven't seen anything mentioned about him being in the Xbox version of the game but if he's in there the code, "TeamFreak" should make him available.

In the GC version he's accessed by beating the game 21 times, getting all 54 goals and three gold medals or by simply entering the code, "FREAKSHOW".

Make sure you try out Darth Maul! He's awesome and has some really great moves. You can even ride up to someone and force grip them. :dev11:

Yeah, I got all the extra characters besides this alleged. Then all of the sudden I can't get anything more. I have all the secret levels unlocked and most of the cheats, but it just stopped...I'm considering deleting the game saves from the HD and starting over to see if that helps, who knows?

He's right, ya can. Put in the code in my last post or finish the Career Mode all 21 times, getting 54 Goals and three Gold Medals with all skaters. ...I'd just put in the code. :D

Is it just me or the Tony Hawk series is one of the most blatant attempt to milk a successful game since Street Fighter II? The first game was fun and original. Great. Leave it at that.

And they're making a fourth one.. when will the madness stop?

Tony Hawk is a sports game, just like Madden, NBA2k, whatever, so it has all rights to update every year. However, each THPS update has been significant, with 2 adding the manual, 3 adding the revert, online play and ravamping many aspects of the game while utilizing the DVD format and much better PS2 hardware, 4 is a total redux of the whole series in the way the levels are played and emphasizes the online aspect.

Every game in the series so far has been excellent, and if it continues that way, awesome.

Well for me playing the sequels just left me with an impression of déja vu. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I can hardly pull off even the most basic moves, let alone the manuals and reverts
