Porky
How come Melee Island changed so much from The Secret of Monkey Island to Escape From Monkey Island?

Jake
Because the games came out ten years apart with completely different teams making them is why. No no, I'm sure it was actually some earthquake with a voodoo hex thing on it. Yeah, that is it. Just like LeChuck put a spell on Guybrush at the end of Monkey 2, turning him into a kid to prevent him from finding the gate to hell. Maybe I'm reading a little too much in, but I don't think so. Remi
Must have been the volcano eruption on Monkey Island. The effects hit all of the Caribbean. Either that, or the new team.
Meksilon
The main reason, beleive it or not, is because Ron Gilbert wasn't involved in CMI or EMI. It's like saying "how come Haloween 3 is the odd one out in the Haloween movie series?" It's so friggin' obvious! A diffrent story. Which is excatly what CMI and EMI are, different to MI1 and MI2, hence they don't belong just like Haloween 3 dosen't belong in the Haloween movies series (even though it's probablythe best one). That's enough. =mek=
