Hekx
Delete the jk2mp.cfg and re-assign the controls. See if that helps. Just remember if you play on a mod; like JediMod, and bind x screenshot; it won't be binded if you play the normal no-mod basejk2. This is because of the file (jk2mp.cfg) which holds all the controls / settings, being in each folder. If you're talking about single player; delete jk2.cfg. JerAir1587249581
It's still doing it! do you know any other way?
teleguy
Most likely you use the safemode shortcuts to start the game. Running the game in safemode restores default settings.
JerAir1587249581
I don't use the safe mode shortcut and when I run a mod it remembers the settings!
Andy867
So, you load the game when you pop the cd in, or do you go to programs -> lucasarts -> etc

Hekx
Check the PK3s in your base folder (there might be a modification in there which is interfering with the settings) then maybe try a clean install. I've had problems where I've not been able to jump by pressing the default key (space) and ctrl has somehow become jump. Another idea is to open up jk2mp.cfg and edit the line in-which it should say; bind SPACE "+moveup" to bind CTRL "+moveup" Make sure you have the right commands and key names too
