I make it a rule to myself NOT to buy the things people advertise over the phone or in popups, discourage them from using those methods of advetisement. I've learned not to pay attention to them anymore, if one comes up I just go down to the Start Menu's Bar and Right Click the Pop-up and Click Close. I think a popup eliminator would stop those from coming up too Hence, i don't use one, but then again, i don't feel the need to have another bit of ugly software on my already hammered and withered old computer...
