First get yourself one - good free ones are available at geocities.com (if you're a complete n00b) or netfirms.com (if you know how to use ftp and stuff). On geocities, use their "Page Builder" It's awesome! I also went here to learn HML: http://www.davesite.com/webstation/html It's a pretty good tutorial and its hands on. I had to learn HTML (and learning ASP) so I can actually be of use to my school's webteam. Also, there are a few pop-ups, but it is so the sites can be free. . .
