nova_wolf
...animated avs. I figure that the chances of me ever achieving my wish for a siggy pic are a big O, so the other option is an animated av... Its not easy! I have my image, grudginly coverted it to 8 Bit colour have created all the frames I want, and yet - it just looks PANTS! Plus - it plays so slowly when I put it on a webpage... So I come to the great knowledge foundry that is the Swampie and appeal to those of you with animated Avs to hear my cry for help!

nova_wolf
Cheers guys, but in the end, I turned to a magazine cover DVD - free 14 day trial copy of Photoshop 7... Two days use was all I needed from the accompanying Jasc Animation 3 Software, and job is a gooden. I'll post with my new av soon - it's not highly fancy, but I like it, especially as I'll never reach the pts needed for siggy pic. *sigh*.... teutonicknight
If you have the money, get Photoshop IMO. It is a great program and it well worth the money. I use it too: Edit Pictures from my digital cam, create imgs for projects/school things, make avatars, ect. If you feel that it is too expensive for you, you can try for Photoshop Elements. It's 75% percent cheaper I think , and has most of the tools available in Photoshop.
