Jan Gaarni
Yeah, in theory it was a good game, with lots of potential. In reality, it was a letdown, although still fun. The letdown part was of the grafics for instance in the tactical battle view. Man, I was hoping to see really good and detailed star destroyers, and maybe even get to see them (LEC) make them the correct size. Instead, they were even worse off then in the X-Wing series. But, I'm still playing it, from time to time.
Reborn Outcast
I used to play it... it was an ok game but there was something about it that just made it kinda wrong. And once you beat it with both, its kinda pointless to go back.
UnfrozenCaveman
I liked it, but I guess I just got frustrated with waiting 30 days for a commando unit (time exaggerated). Also, I was too busy playing x-wing or tie-fighter. I guess I was looking more for an RTS than an Axis and Allies type game. I loved playing those games. They were awesome, although, when Tie-Fighter came out they had up-dates that just made it superior to x-wing. The fact that there was a secret order, you could press 'enter' to automatically set your speed to the speed of the craft you are following. Although I was never able to play Alliance I heard it was good. Another good game was Rebel Assault II- although it was heavily scripted, it was a good game. setsuko
Tie Fighter (the first one, not X-wing vs Tie Fighter) is one of the few space/flight simulators that I have mastered. I played it a lot. I haven't played simulators since then, weird... because that game was fun!
MaX'Farcloud
I use to play it with my brother over a network, pretty fun if I remember right I think they should remake it:)
Sunshine Badass
A friend gave me X-Wing, Tie Fighter, X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter and I never installed them... They just sat, then I gave them away to someone else... i.e. Goodwill. Maybe I missed out on something, but they were 5 years old at the time...
