I'm not sure how much you know about game programming, but OpenGL is a 3D graphics API that is used to create the games visuals. It is software. You can't "open" an OpenGL, because it is compiled software code. And I assume you don't mean you want to look at the sourcecode. What do you mean by JO wouldn't "openGL"?
