Rad707_Pandaz
Throughout the time anyone has played JK2 online, everybody has an experience that sticks with them. Sure, that experience might be pretty humiliating like not winning a single duel...when everyone else in the server is a newbie. Or that experience can be of anger, like if theres a really annoying guy in the server who trash talks everybody and thinks he's top dog. It especially sucks when the annoying guy can back up his claims. That experience can also be very funny, like the first time you saw someone break dance by rolling backward and moving around wildly. Everybody has had some sort of experience on JK2, whether it be special, impartial, or just plain stupid. This is my experience: Several months ago, I joined a duel server and was waiting to duel. Some dudes were chatting. I got bored. So I tried to join their conversation. One of the guys told me to open up the console and type "disco". I didn't have a good feeling about it but i did it out of curiousity. I pressed enter and I half expected some retarded, sophmoric-humor induced, asanine message to pop up. Instead, my screen went black and I was trasported back to the Main Menu screen. That guy just got me to kick myself out of the server. I kicked MYSELF out. I sat there stunned for a minute and then I started laughing my ass off. Of course, later on I wanted to whack him with my lightsaber but it was humorous at the time. Has this ever happened to you? How the hell should I know. Have you ever had a cool, special, extremely weird, or just plain stupid JK2 experience?
Luc Solar
Someone once fooled me to type a command in the console that made my view spin endlessly. It was kinda tough to duel from there on. Live and learn...hehe. One time when I was trying really hard to finish on top of the score board, this one guy kept beating time and again. 3 maps later after he had won each one with a margin of about 5 kills, he started to go all "I own you n00bs!" I just *had* to win the next game! The game started just like the ones before. (The map with the Beam and the garbage press-thingy) I couldn't keep up. When there was only a few seconds left of the game I was down by 6 kills, again. I took the flechette, turned around and spammed a few rounds killing 2 players and a third who just came down on the elevator. I jumped on the lower one of the bridges, sidekicked some DFA-idiot down the void (who had clearly been waiting for me [seeing]), Pulled 2 people off the other bridge, ran across the bridge and reflexively Pushed back an incoming rocket blowing up the guy who had fired it, the same guy who had beaten me all those times. At that very split-second the game was over. I beat him 47 to 46. It sure was a priceless "OMG! WTF!?"-moment.
SkiTzoGuy
LOL. There was one time where i was just exploring the map and listening to someones conversation. Anyway they were picking on this newb or someone similar to that. anyway they told him to type disco but he knew that already. So the (newb sort of guy) wanted to know how to kick. So the people said they would help. They told him to type in the console. ( unbind all ).. Im like a crap hes screwed. So before i said anything he types it. { Don't try that guys.. if you guys don't know what that is it makes all of you configuration keys blank. In other words you can't do a thing, you have to recalibrate your settings.. In a way that was funny but then it was a bummer for the guy.
