How do I post a poll?

That means I've either locked the thread, or moved it. Usually it means the latter, and that is the case now.

 

Simple.

 

When you make a new thread you will notice that there are a poll function right above the Submit New Thread button. There you can mark off for Poll if you want one, and at the same time you must type in how many options you want in the poll.

Default number of options are 4.

 

Once you have written your posted, marked that you want a poll, and hit Submit New Thread, you will be taken to a new page where you can edit your poll, such as fill in what the options are, what the question is, mark off if they are allowed to selct more than one option in the poll, and how many days the poll is available to vote on it.

Default days are 0, which means infinite.

 

When you have done that, simply press Submit New Poll, and voila, you have created a poll.
