Obiwan80
Just wandering will anakin or darth vader destroy jedi in the episode III or will it happen time between episode III and episode IV. It would be great ending for film if darth vader with help of clone army would attack jedi council and brutaly destroying them. And only obiwan and Yoda would escape alive. Then there is palpatine and how he will turn anakin to dark side, will it happen same way like in episode VI, when he tried turn luke to dark side. Because I think anakin will fight dooku on this movie and kill him, because dooku chop his arm in last movie. And then there is big question will amidala die in this film? some people say yes some no. that could also be the reason why anakin turn to dark side, if some would kill amidala anakin (atleast my opinion would be filled with anger and hate). Or will anakin kill him, because she doesnt tell where luke and leia are. But only time will tell.
Lynk Former
We'll see a few Jedi die in the movie but it is said that the Jedi purge will occur between eps Padme will live all through ep3 because remember that Leia said she remembered her mother... Anakin won't kill Padme, but he may be thought to believe she is dead... I dunno maybe Palpatine will use this as the key to bring Anakin completely into the dark side... Taos
All these topic will be heavily debated [flame wars] starting in about 8 to 10 from now. Btw - I do agree with Lynk.

Macbeth2k1
Lucas has already started giving parts of the script to McCallum in Australia. They're building sets. They're creating costumes and about to start casting extras. You have to have at least part of the script to do that.
Obiwan80
Script is not ready, but Lucas has allways said that storyline is ready, in many interviews Lucas has said he knows what will happen in episode III. But all what we write here is speculation, only GL knows what will happen. Star wars is his vision.
CurryKing
I agree with Lynk, apparently there are aroung 10,000 Jedi at the time of the PT, you wouldn't be able to wipe all those in the time of the film it would take years. Though i think more or less all the Jedi Council will be wiped out.
StarCords
A good image would be that of thousands of Jedi rushing into battle like in the slideshow in the "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" video "Return to Rhen Var".

Anakin turns to the dark side first. Then during the fight, and probably out of despiration, Obi-Wan shoves him in the drink. That reminds me, where did we get the "lava pit" information from? Lynk Former
Well it could still be intergrated somehow I mean Boba may have gone by that name for some time to hide the fact that Jango was his father and all that there's alwayz a way
