MeddlingMonk Posted May 9, 2003 Posted May 9, 2003 This BBC News article strongly reminds me of something. But...what?
Governor Phatt Posted May 9, 2003 Posted May 9, 2003 Lol crazy. How weird would be to actually be swallowed whole by a snake though?
James Isaac Posted May 9, 2003 Posted May 9, 2003 I never knew it was possible, I thought that people would be too big.
Joshi Posted May 9, 2003 Posted May 9, 2003 i once saw a documentary where a snake swallowe a moose. i think a person would be easy.
Governor Phatt Posted May 9, 2003 Posted May 9, 2003 A MOOSE!! HAHAHAHA:D lol, but yeah i think its totally possible on account of snakes can stretch (possibly even dislocate but i dont know animals) their jaws, like when u see those tiny snakes eating those big ol' ostrich eggs... I wonder if they actually eat faberge eggs... in fact, what IS faberge?
Yufster Posted May 9, 2003 Posted May 9, 2003 Don't quote me but I believe Faberge Eggs are very very delicate and priceless antique 'eggs' made of silver and gold and decorated with jewels and diamonds etc.,. They open up and there's like, some pretty stuff inside. Like in that Bond Movie I think, A View to a Kill or something.

It's not unlike being hungover in Pittsburgh. I'm really not sure I buy the story. While I can just see a snake swallowing a person if the snake is big enough, I can't imagine a person sitting still long enough for the snake to complete the job. And if the person did manage to get swallowed, could he possibly get enough air to live to be rescued?
Governor Phatt Posted May 10, 2003 Posted May 10, 2003 Maybe he was sleeping while it happened... or maybe the snake has some sort of pareplecic-inducing venom... or.. or.. maybe it has a horde of baby snakes with paraplegic inducing venom that obey its every command and bit him in the legs until he cant move........................ i'll be quiet
NHJ BV Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 The eggs were made by Faberge (duh) for the Russian czar, I believe.
