myndreach
Would it be breaking the NDA if I talked about what my computer is and what performance I get in-game?
Lord_Vessen
I'm not so sure, if you are in Beta then don't talk about its aspects. Oh Mods! Come here and clarify this.
J.K Luke
well, the official FAQ has the min and req specs for PC, so if you tell us your PC specs and how it performs, I don't see how it breaks the NDA...
Lord_Vessen
Yes please tell us...
myndreach
I'd like a mod or someone who knows for sure to answer this before I talk about anything at all, just want to be careful and all you know?
Lord_Vessen
Alright, come on Wraith come on lets get an answer:D
Thew Rydur
I dunno If Wraith would know, he's a mod, not a beta tester. I'd try asking D_S, he seems to be up on his NDA. In my opinion though, its against it.
Lord_Vessen
Yeh because it kind of reveals info, but they already have stated the requirements.
deggesim
Mmmhhh I think it's better if you don't tell us anything although I'd like to know how it works
Lord_Vessen
Well I guess you should tell us when the NDA is lifted, which seems like NEVER!?!
Deft Aklin
Sorry to say, you can not discuss game performance while the NDA is still in effect. Any inside information you obtain from being part of the Beta testing team is unrevealable. After the lifting of the NDA, you can only discuss the game from that point on. Any knowledge you have of the game or it's performance previous to that date will be considered priviledged information. Also, please keep in mind that the NDA specifically states that ANY information you obtain from Beta testing can never be released. This is the legal protection Sony has put in place. Therefore, if they choose to tell you that you can not say anything, they will have that right.
Lord_Vessen
Thanks for clearing that up, Every Day Know It All.
Jan Gaarni
Well I guess it's nothing more to do than to close. I'll concider reopening it when the NDA is lifted, if you haven't already made a new post before we get a chance to reopen it. *Unagi*
