Saber lock?

Sometimes in both MP and SP. When fightning with lightsaber. There will be a saber lock. how did it happened? its good for taking screenshots.

It automatically does that sometimes.

I don't think it is controlled by the players per se. The game decides if the sabers lock or not. I don't think there is a trick to cause it.

I think its the saber style both you and enemy is using.

When sabers get really close so they are touching, it happens, and sometimes randomly when your sabers connect when both swinging.

 

MP Saber locks are only possible in "Duel" mode or when engaged in a "Lightsaber Challenge" (if enabled, on a FFA server).

No. It happends in both SP and MP.

Then the saber clashes in SP the bright flash is brighter than MP (Thats why it is cool)

It seems to happen more often when:

-Both players are swinging

-Neither player is using blue stance

-Neither playing is jumping or doing other acrobatics

-No hits have been scored for about a minute or so

 

This is just me saying this, so don't think that it's 100% accurate or anything.

For me, it happends most of the time in MP. It normal happends when both me and the enemy are having a different saber style.

well, last time there was a crazy duel. We both bowed, turned on our sabers, and started circling. Thne we both came at each other. Once our sabers touched, we had a saber lock. Then we attacked again. Another saber lock. Repeated for dunno how many times, it was crazy... lol.

Saber locks are a rather neat touch. The best is in single player when you lock up, whisk the saber around a slice the other guy's hand off. (kinda like ESB)

The bright flash is only visable in SP, in MP, all you see is sparks.
