Alex nodded. "There's an exit to the downstairs that goes to a parking garage. From there, we could take a car or walk." He pointed to a corner. "Over there," he said, and led the way to the door.

 

Below, there were no cars to steal, unfortunately. However, the way out appeared unimpeded.

Craig nodded at Bond. As soon as they got outside and the thugs were behind them, Craig whirled around, two pistols out and fired just a few shots, there were silencers attached to the guns and no one heard it but Bond, the thugs, and of course him. Within seconds the thugs were down, tranquilized.

 

"I say we get out of here, shall we?"

Stontavow shook his head, draged the tranqulertizer out of his neck and stood up

"yar, herr silver haired pillock man, you think vne little dart vill stop me, *drawing a pistol* i think you vill stop moving now. You see mr Maxim does not like losing. Now vill you kindly put down the gun * Stontavow begins to sway* ah the tranq... *Stontavow hits the ground* i am thinking ve vill meet agian, herr siver haired pill...*Stontavow falls out cold*

Titus runs around the side of the building leaving the hacker behind, there his car sits all alone. As he nears it Titus notices several swat rounding the buildings corner. Titus pulls out his pistols and opens fire. A couple swat go down and the rest take cover behind a small knee high wall ligning a path that follows down the side of the building.

 

As the swat shoot at Titus he drops onto his stomach behind the small wall. Bullets chip away at the wall and rock dust is hulred like shrapnel. Rolling onto his back Titus takes a grenade from his coat and after pulling the pin, hurls it towards the swat.

 

The swat team dives for cover from the grenade. After it explodes Titus leaps up and blasts away with is pistols untill all the swat are dead or badly wounded. He then runs to his car and hopps in.

 

Titus drives up beside the hacker and opens the passenger door, "get in."

*Maxim arrives at the Building, his security guards not noticing Bond's entrance. He goes to his command room on the 60th Floor and begins plotting the next phase*

 

Maxim: I need the money. That way I can draw the special forces to...

 

*Phone rings*

 

Yes?

 

????: Mr Maxim. The shipping order has been placed. We are ready to begin moving the material.

 

Maxim: Excellent

Bug-eyed, Alex dumbly got in the car and just sat very quietly as Titus drove.

 

"What now?" he finally asked.

Craig sat down on TOP of the building, a small handheld laptop wired to the roof. He began typing immediately, trying to find a way around the security measures, particularly the way that people would say 'They'll be expecting that," because, as Craig's logic would have it, the people inside, if they WERE expecting anyone to break in, they would think no one would be stupid enough to try the front door and would be expecting something a bit more major. The only thing they DONT know though, is that Craig IS that stupid.

Affilation: NSA, third echelon

Weapons: 5.56mm SC-20K AR, 5.72mm SC Pistol

Veichles: Whatever available. Uses an osprey helicopter for international travel.

Bio: Former of the Navy SEAL teams, Sam Fisher has been one of the most experienced field agents in the US Intelligence network. Documentation of his past activities from the 1970s to the 1990s is unavailable and considered classified. Primarily working for the NSA, he is Lambert's top choice to spearhead the Third Echelon/Splinter Cell program. He has one daughter, Sarah.

 

What little unclassified data is known about Fisher is that he has

spent a large amount of his adult life to not only excel in the field

of cover ops, but to gain a dark and morbid sense of humor as well. His experience has become part of his instinct, and his ability to detach himself emotionally from the immediate situation in order to better achieve his goals is a prized skill.

 

Personality-wise, Fisher is abrasive and honest, and has little

patience for niceties, especially when the immediate problem presents itself. Quiet, instinctive, and observant: somebody who watches from the outside. Unlike younger agents, he is not a blind idealist, only taking to task if the cause is just and within reason.

 

NOTE: Sam Fisher seems to be at least partly based on one of Tom

Clancy's other well-known heroes: Former SEAL, former CIA Ace Agent,

now head of Team Rainbow, John Clark.

*Meanwhile in Titus' hotel all was silent, until suddenly a rope was thrown down the wall, it was followed by Sam Fisher rapelling down, he finally reached his destination. He jumped in through the window and acsessed Titus' Laptop.*

Grimsdottir: Yeah, he got the orders alright. Acsessing... Got it.

Lambert: Fisher the objective is complete, now go meet Bond in his hotel. I expect he should be arriving soon.

Fisher: Roger that.

*Fisher opened the hotel room door, and closed it behind him. He got into an empty service elevator and changed to civillian clothes, he kept his belt, which held all of his gadgets however. Once on the street, he stole a van. He wished (SPOILER!!!!!!!!!) Vernon Wilkes was still alive, and drove to Bond's hotel, once there, he used a fake hotel card to break into Bond's room and hid in a dark corner, having broken the light that shone on it.*
