ptdc
It's hard to tell what's going on in the community because the site is down. Has everybody gone? Does anybody even look here anymore?

Zoom Rabbit
I know! I've always wanted to test the hempispherical geological effects of coriolis for myself, without having to fly to the southern hemisphere to make the observations firsthand...this is my big chance! Everyone go and flush your toilet. Right now. Then come back and post which direction the water flows--clockwise or counter-clockwise. Mine goes counter-clockwise. New code: I gots da boogie--who gots da rhythm?
ptdc
That effect is sort of an urban legend. Although there is a such an effect, it only really affects the direction hurricanes and large storms spin. It's possible to find water spinning both ways in one house and if you do it right in the same basin.
Zoom Rabbit
Hee-hee. I say, old chum: clockwise or counter-clockwise? (Observations first. Conclusions last. Good science?)
ptdc
I think this website should change from being for people who develop adventures, to developers who have adventures. It could be the next big thing, like extreme ironing but better.
