Ninja Dodo Posted August 25, 2003 Posted August 25, 2003 It sounded like a very promising game... but I haven't heard from it since the first preview and a quick Google search yields a dead website...
pleto4_ryan Posted August 25, 2003 Posted August 25, 2003 i believe it is still on. The company had one more break from the gamers for a year before remaking her site. Probably its the same think(let's hope )
BigJKO Posted August 25, 2003 Posted August 25, 2003 It vanished into the gloom, like so many great warriors. Now it ponders on the state of the world, all the while eating noodles and hunting for poisonous frogs. In other words, I have no idea.
Homoludens Posted August 25, 2003 Posted August 25, 2003 Their website is down!!!!! NOOOOO!!!! Why does every frooking promisingly innovative game get yanked?! First Atma, then the Y-Project, then possibly Hannibal, and now possibly Fahrenheit?!!
BigJKO Posted August 25, 2003 Posted August 25, 2003 Well, on the bright side Call of Cthulhu seems to be on schedule for a release next year.

Novel_T Posted August 29, 2003 Posted August 29, 2003 To my knowledge, Quantic Dream has never answered Adventure Gamers e-mails requesting information on this release. It seems the game has been either scrapped, or in a state of indefinate suspended animation until the technology exists to heal it's ills.
Royal Fool Posted August 29, 2003 Posted August 29, 2003 I believe they actually did find a publisher a while back... EDIT: Yup. Check this out (Or, if you're lazy, read the below text): PARIS, May 2003. VU Games International and Quantic Dream join forces to bring a breathtaking interactive thriller to computer and video consoles Vélizy, France May 9th 2003, - Vivendi Universal Games International today announced a publishing deal with reknowned developer Quantic Dream for its forthcoming game, Fahrenheit. The French based studio already boasts the worldwide acclaimed "Omikron – The Nomad Soul". [...] Fahrenheit is currently in development for PS2, Xbox and PC and is planned for release in 2004.
SamandMax Posted August 30, 2003 Posted August 30, 2003 David Bowie should be in this game too. He can play talking fire.
