you go to file /import /obj
click ok
then you need to navigate to the folder where the obj is.

I would love to help!
just wondering, how did you know i was doing stuff with models?
anyway......
Things needed:
XSI mod tool which you can get here(regestration but free): http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/item?siteID=123112&id=13571257
Meshtool, its a .msh to obj converter(included instructions in the .zip): http://www.mediafire.com/?d8lsrnhu6r8oooq
ActorX plugin (for XSI): http://udn.epicgames.com/Two/rsrc/Two/ActorX/ActorX.05012006.zip
(to install it. open XSI. go to File, Addon, Install. select the .xsiaddon file (the plugin file)
how to prepare your model for exporting in XSI:
Select the object so its blue (object mode)
on the right there is "S" for scale. make it X,Y,Z 75 scale (.mshs are TINY!)
then go to model , polymesh, invert polygons.....
then export to file......then import to unrealed.
hope this helps!

i just take a camo off google re color it, add it as a new layer and then set the layer to multiply
-
i think i might be able to make a "wave" mode map.....
"protect shelter base from the enemies offensive"
-
ok, next time you make a map, when it has textures we dont have, import them to package "mylevel" (it gets saved in the map)
