vegietto
it didn't take him so long because he is the best, i mean jango is my fav bounty hunter but mace is the bomb and he didn't have a chance
amadeus
Well of course a bounty hunter can't go up against a jedi. That's why I'd be pissed if some "not-stupid-I'm-just-mad-at-him" Jedi killed my father! It wasn't a fair fight.
leXX
What wasn't fair about it? Jango tried to kill Mace, Mace defended himself. What did you want him to do, just stand there and get shot?
vegietto
yeah if he just stood their doing nothing he would die and jedi our skilled warrior so he took him down, and anyway they had to take him prisoner or kill him because he tried to kill obi-wan and padame, so they had to get him so he was going down it just was a matter of time
Shado Vorn
I certainly hope that Mace gets to do a long speech before he dies. Something along the lines of Pulp Fiction. "And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurious anger, those who seek to poison and destroy my Jedi brothers and sisters! AND YOU WILL KNOW MY NAME IS MACE WINDU WHEN I LAY MY VENGEANCE UPON THEE!". I never get tired of using that one ... hehe ...
amadeus
Well, I realize that Mace defended himself, and he had every right to kill Jhango. I'm not saying Mace was in the wrong by any standards, I'm just trying to sympathize with Bobba! If some Jedi killed your dad would you pass it off as a fair fight and say he had it coming? vegietto
no i wouldn't but boba needed to wake up and see that his father was going to die someday cause his job is dangerous so he should have expected it but yeah i think he has the right toi get revenge i mean i would if it was my dad
Shado Vorn
No can say that Boba doesn't kill Mace in E3. After all, nothing's for certain right now. You can use all the logic you want against Boba getting his vengeance, but that doesn't mean he won't. Maybe he'll do it more indirectly, maybe he won't. It's all up to GL in the end. vegietto
i know but he has a very good motive but like u said no one know right now so i guess we will have to wait to ep III comes out then we will finally know. Yep it is what GL decid to do, he ios the boss
Shado Vorn
I think the most appropriate way for Mace to die in Episode 3 would be for Anakin to do it, and for Boba to see it. That way, Boba gets his revenge, and Mace doesn't go out like a punk. Everyone goes home happy. Er ... well .... except for Mace himself ... I suppose. But anyway, GL has some tricks up his sleeve. E3 I think will be the movie that everyone will be pleased by. I think GL is going to put everything he has into this particular movie. I can't wait to see it. vegietto
i hope it isn't i want it to be real good i mean if it is his last movie then he should make it is best i mean really make it the best, lay everything on the line i mean give it everything he has don't leave none of his tricks in his bag used them all
amadeus
I think it's going to be really good, but he might believe that the tragedy of it will put everyone off. He'll certainly put his all into it, it just might be a bit depressing. That's why you have to watch the OT right after.
Shado Vorn
George Lucas is an artist. He is like my grandmother when she cooks. She is quite the pecimist when it comes to her cooking skill, she always truly thinks it's going to come out horrible, and it never does, in fact, she's never heard a complaint yet. But anyway, GL is only trashing his own movie, because deep inside he hopes it truly lives to be the best one he made. At least, that's what I think he feels but who knows. Shado Vorn
I think it's safe to say that Episode III will be the best of the new trilogy. As far as being better than the old trilogy, that remains to be seen. The wait is driving me crazy though. I can't wait!
amadeus
My friends and I have already started making preparations to possibly miss school so we can wait outside the movie theater for the midnight opening that night.
Shado Vorn
Not a bad idea, amadeus. Well ... except you should "stay in school" because it's good for you or something like that. But all bullsh*t aside, I for one would like to do that as well. I think I did that during the week of when Episode 2 first came out. I enjoyed doing that. I didn't enjoy the test I had to take the next morning though. I was kinda making lightsaber sounds with my pencil while half asleep. Yeah .... memories ... heh ... well, if you do that, try doing it on a friday if it can be helped. There probably won't be as many people there, even at midnight. And if there is, at least you won't have to worry about school the next day!
vegietto
i'm going to skip school to see it i would rather see the movie and miss one day then stay in school, i can't wait, man i can't wait!
Remirol Nacnud
In my opinion, Obi Wan is the man. He defeats Mall He takes on Dooku and loses, but Dooku was a much older, wiser and better trained Jedi. The Aged Obi Wan would have run him into the ground. He defeats Anakin in Ep3. He may have defeated Darth in ANH, but he gives in to become one with the force so that he can aid Luke(looking at the big picture) He, Anakin and Sidious will be the only characters to have featured in all 6 movies. My second place goes to Sidious. He is an incredibly powerful Sith with a great intelligence. He moves his pawns, a word here, a word there, moving those who would oppose his ultimate plan to work for him, until he takes over the Galaxy. And even when he dies in Ep6, he goes on(in the EU) to continue.
Eva
Actualy Mace Windu is not the BEST jedi. Yoda is the best jedi. Mace is secondary, but I am not saying he is not powerful. He is actualy extremely powerful but compared to Yoda he is nothing. Of course I think Yoda alot better, but in the movie Mace Windu was the BEST jedi, but am with you YODA DOES RULE!!! LiMP RABBiT
I like Anakins bug-eyed alien friend in ep 1 who says 'your such a joker ani' in some bug-eyed alien language.... He's the best... P.S. By 'like' I mean 'loathe' and by 'best' I mean 'one I'd rather see drowning in the juices from a cows bladder than on any type of public media ever again'.
