President Bush war against terror

"Either you are with us or your against us!"

The words used by Bush when he talked about terrorism.

Also, the exact words that Nazi-Germany lived by.

And that makes my scared....

President Bush declared war on terror as he so nicely said it.

The first station was Afghanistan, were the bombers quickly destroyed houses and other buildings, causing thousands of innocents to die.

Now you think: "But they atacked first! rember 11 September!"

And I do. 11 September was a tragedy, but what about the thousands of Afgans that was killed by bombers before the atack?

They took revenge by using their american traning to kill thousands of americans.

And then the americans invaded and everybody was happy again.

"An eye for an eye"

The 1000 year old law that most people think is primitive but is the same law used by terrorist AND USA.

I reply to that law with a quote: "An eye for an eye, in the end the whole world will be blind"

After Afghanistan, the US troops moved to Iraq, after have violated several treaties set up by the UN. Their quest: To find and destroy weapons of massdestruction.

Numbers of weapons found: 0

And now, the reports of taliban activity have rose extremly high and in Iraq, Saddam still has control.

The US army has failed.

But what was it goal?

I finish with another quote, said by President Bush during the Iraq war wich he started:

"I pray for peace"

I do not approve of this war by most standards. First, I think the United States has a bad habit of getting into other people's business. Vietnam was one time. We need to fix OUR problems as a nation before we start trying to fix anybody else's. While Afghanistan struck against us, and it was a horrific thing for a nation to do, believe me I think it was an awful cruel thing for the afghans to do. But what really irks me is that I can see why they would have done it. The US, the perfect picture of arrogance and greed. This also applies to George Bush.

I think that this war was never meant to happen, and shouldn't have happened. While I think arresting and imprisoning or killing Bin Laden is what should be done, I don't believe we have to do it by destroying Afghanistan itself.

i know we use that law so much it is a shame we go hurt innocent people, but in Iraq. everyday a soldier dies, that is terrible we should get out of the country cause we aren't going to Sadam, if we do it will be pure luck, i think it is hopeless in Iraq so we should just give up

Living outside of America, I am a little nervous about many of the Bush Administration's foreign policies. The reasons presented to us Canadians as a case for war had a lot hanging on the WMD supposedly armed and ready to be deployed in 45 minutes. It has since turned out that this wasn't the case.

I won't claim that Iraq would be better with Saddam in power, but I worry that in the future using inaccurate information as a case for war will lead to disaster.

I don't know what scares me more, the possibilty that the US government might have knowingly presented false information, or that its intelligence might have been so far off.

Saddam was a good ruler for his people. Albeit, people don't like Dictatorships. It takes away any notion of free will(kinda like school) which is why people were happy when Iraq was 'liberated'(of its oil:D). I think Bush knows he blew it now. What do I see him doing?

*RING RING*

Dubyah: Daddy Daddy! Bring the piping over! We're gonna be richer!...Durrr...

Senior: Good job in 'liberating' Iraq my boy! Like father like son, ah heh heh heh.

Dubyah: Dur...I don't get it but okay. Ah heh heh heh. Praise da Lord!! Durrr...

Kain = Anti-Bush Administration. The 3 most powerful men are named Dick, Bush, and Colen. It's rather scary.

Saddam would have been removed one way or another, given time, I think most nations WOULD have stepped in, but they did not have enough reason to do so at the time. However, Bush had his reputation, plus the support of countless 9/11 victims, so that now he could FINALLY go after Saddam in the name of anti-terrorism. He claimed they would strike next, but what have they found? I often wonder if this was an alternative to fixing the economy, so that he could still look good in the polls for the next presidential campaigne. (see "Wag The Dog") It was good to get rid of Saddam, yes, however Bush acted foolishly, without much needed support, too my worst fears, he went in, guns a blazin' just like I feared he would. And yet no established government is in control. Saddam loyalists and similar terrorists continue to kill US troops. In the mean time, both U.S. and Iraq economies suffer...

Oh and um....

Got WMD?!

Are you getting that from the papers? From the media? Do you trust the media to tell you what's really going on? The truth is that only some Iraqis are praising us. The others are taking potshots at us with rifles. If that's the Iraqi way of expressing gratitude, then yeah, I guess you could say they're praising us.....

Lol, I'm sure of one thing: Iraq has a free-er press now than we do.

I look at it this way: We here in this country are a totally free people who can be searched and monitored without precursor and imprisoned without trial, but this mainly only happens to a certian race of people (or people who help them) because we hate them. Our media feeds us corporate sponsored scandal and lets officeholders run rampant. We are nothing to the rest of the world but a military power and economic watermark. We scour the world under a richeous ideal, plundering soveriegn nations. Our leader is a crazed war monger driven by twisted religious ideals.

What does that sound like?

It sounds like Nazi Germany to me. Everyone vowed it would never happen agian, but in the space of one generation, it is.
