But i didnt do anything for the glowythingy all i have is the best computer you can have direct x 9+ um great graphics card, awsome video card, but all i have is a great computer no just kidding i have a awsome computer!

what graphics card do you have crow... maybe I can research it

BTW: do you have detail and bits at the highest?

if not do that and make sure all graphics options are highest including the bits.... tell me what bits you have on too......

Yes i do have the up-to-date drivers.

Everything at high, everything at 32-bit.

video sync = off

Shadows = Simple

Dynamic Lights = on

Dynamic Glow = can't work

Light flares = on

wall marks = on

i pm'ed you crow but I want you to try this if you allready havent r_dynamicglow 1

then if that doesnt work try

r_dynamicglow 2 (dont know if that one works though)

set a graphics option to trylinier (i forget witch one)

this stuff wasnt in the pm.

also make video sync on and shadows to a higher option

EDIT: BTW crow, more screens would be great :)

using voldurmic (sp?) shadows, i will lag like sh!t.

But it doesn't for IG-64, and hes using GeForce 4 Ti4200. And its about the same as mine. So how can my video card cannot support dynamic glow?

I cant figure out why it doesnt glow.....

If I was looking at the right card you have 256 bits with all lighting and glow software...

try contacting nvidia and ask them about it..

PS: i might get a new comp for cristmas to replace my WONDERFULL piece of sh1t comp right now.... LOL, i have a 600mhz comp with intel 1 graphics chip that is 2 mb.

Oh yea I get from 0 to 10 FPS....

I might get an Alienware laptop, that would be AWSOME!

is the nvidia geforce fx 5600 like the one you have?
